"Four Easy Steps to Write Magnetic Sales Copy"

Whether you have a Web site or not, if your marketing pieces don't have excellent copywriting, you won't sell much. The number one business-writing mistake is not meeting your potential customers' needs by showing them how your product or service will help them.

You have a business that really can solve your particular audience's challenges. You want to get the word out, but you don't know exactly what to say. Here's how to get your Web site in shape.

Four Easy Steps
1. Know and Write a list of 5-10 Benefits for each product or service. Benefits sell, so be sure to know what outcomes people will have when they use your product or service. When you solve a customer's problem, you have their devotion.

2. Know and Write a list of 5-10 Features for each product or service. Features include 24 hour delivery time, tips, steps, quotations, # of pages of a book, how-to's. These describe your product or service.

3. How to Write a Benefit-Driven Headlines for each product or service. Headlines are more important than the copy beneath them. Make sure your headlines include your top benefit such as "Quadruple your Web Sales in Just Three Months."

4. Three Ways to Use These Copywriting Gems Use Headlines for your emails, ezines, sales letters, teleclasses, book titles, articles to promote yourself. These are the "30-60-Second Tell and Sell" billboard to get your potential client to take out his/her wallet and pay now. Every sales letter you write should use headlines to guide your potential buyers to where you want them to go--the order page.
